The parking lot of the unknown shop is flooded. the Train track s however, are not flooded. There are people walking on the tracks away from the shop. In the parking lot is car. Most of the car except for the bonnet and the roof is under water. This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E.
