This photo is a black and white photo of the trench that was built around Broadway Bridge to divert the water. The water did overflow into some of the businesses, but they were later compensated through their insurance. This photo is in a black frame with a white border around the photo. This photo is 19 x 24 inches big. This photo is on display in the flood room.
