The photo was taken in black and white. The Subject was an aerial shot of a large portion of land with homes and apartment buildings on it. The flood waters only seem to be centralized in the residential area and did not move outward toward the left of the photo. The dimensions of the photo are 7" X 5". This photo was contained in a brown envelope with "Thanks Dave Gauts" Written in cursive. This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E.
