The photo was found in a brown envelope with "Thanks Dave Gauts" Written in cursive. The subject of the photo seems to be teens in the trunk of a two door sedan holding shovels and other tools used for the clean up. The kids seem to be wearing stripped shirts, and some of them are wearing hats. One of the kids is sitting in an innertube. The car they are riding in is caked in flood mud. The dimensions of the photo are 8" X 11" This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E.
