This B&W photo shows the side of a white house with flood damage. The front porch is full of debris, and there is a dark, muddy flood line a good halfway up the house. A man and woman are standing with their back to the camera surveying the damage. The man is on the left, shirtless, with his pants rolled up. The woman also has her pants rolled up and one arm raised. In the foreground are logs, twigs, and mud. Near the house is an uprooted tree, and behind the house are other buildings & houses. There are notes written on the back of the photo: "Flood 155% What a mess 4 col 12 90%". This photo is 5x7". This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E.
