The photo was taken in black and white. The subject of the photo is two kids playing in a gutter collecting what appears to be flood mud. One of the kids is wearing a stripped shirt, and the other is wearing a checkered long sleeve shirt. The kid in a checkered shirt has one leg crossed under his body, and the other leg has the knee pointing towards the sky. He is resting his head face first on the knee that is pointing up. The height on the left hand portion of the photo is 8" and on the right is 7.5". The reason behind the differing heights is because a portion of another photograph that was stuck to this one is sticking out from the bottom. The length of the upper portion of the photo is 9.5" and throughout the rest of the photo is 9.25". The reason is similar to in that the upper portion of the photo has piece from another photo sticking out from it. This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E.
