This photo is black and white and shows men digging a hole. There is a man operating the piece of heavy equipment and a man standing in the hole with a large measuring stick to determine the depth of the hole. There are also men in the background who appear to be surveying the piece of property. This photo was stuck to other photos so we can see damage like rips on the top center and lower center edges on the front. We can also see glue residue strips on the back on the upper and lower edge. This photo is 7.5 x9.25 inches big. This photo comes from the old Standard Journal Warehouse located at 23 S 1st E. This photo was cleaned on 01/10/2021 to try and remove the glue residue.
