The photo was taken in colour. According to a note by the Donator, the MC building is just out of shot on the left. The subject of the photo is a group of individuals gathering along Viking Drive for safety. There are multiple rows of cars parked alongside the curbs. The owners of said cars are standing around, huddling together with family and awaiting the devastation of the flood. The photo is a part of a digital collection donated to the museum by Rick Davis.
