The photo was taken in colour. The subject of the photo is a yellow, orange, brown, and white single story home. The upper story was shifted off of its foundation and moved it slightly back. After being shifted from the foundation, the front portion of the house fell into the void of the basement below. In the foreground of the photo is a front lawn covered in mud and water, and portions of the lawn have been torn up. The photo is a part of a digital collection donated to the museum by Rick Davis.
