A GRAND OLD LADY of the rails, the "Katy Flyer," replica pioneer train of the 1870s, completed its final run at Union Station yesterday, where it was presented to St. Louis County's Museum of Transport by Donald V. Fraser, president of the Missouri-Kansas-Texas (Katy) Line. Vincent V. Masterson, St. Louis railroad historian, looked on as Fraser gave deed to the train to Dr. Iohn Payne Roberts, president of the museum. Costumed passengers perched on the resplendent diamond-stacked locomotive are, from the left: James Ozment, Cynthia Ellerbeck, Susan Cring and Willis Goldschmidt.
