First things to come to my mind when I think of Roaring Twenties are the Charleston Dance and jazz music. So let's trade Sunbonnet Sue's bonnet for a fancy Cloche and give her a handsome partner to dance with. A popular saying in the 20s was "get your glad rags on" and that seemed an appropriate addition to the quilt.
