"This quilt has been my most successful. The flower cluster design is an adaptation of Tennessee quilt pattern designer Ann Orr’s ‘Ye Old Sampler’ quilt. The pastel colors and design elements are planned to enhance each other’s effectiveness. The quilting designs were developed to add to the graceful lines of the appliqué motifs."
