"I make quilts for my own personal satisfaction and enjoyment. I became interested in quilt after I bought an old rope bed and decided that it needed an authentic bed cover--preferable a quilt. When I started quilting, I had no idea what I was getting into since the only other needlework I had done was crewel embroidery. I truly believe in quality, not quantity. I will devote whatever length of time is necessary to ensure that my quilts receive the meticulous care they deserve."
