"This quilt was created using one of Florence Peto's quilts as an inspiration.
I started the miniature in July 1999 and it took a mere four months to complete. As I worked on it, I imagined that the flower pot was sitting in a cottage garden of beautiful flowers and climbing roses, hence the title."
