"When my youngest daughter was engaged to be married, I decided to make this quilt for her. It is a Mountain Mist pattern, a combination of patchwork and appliqué. I like working with small pieces and this quilt has many. When AQS decided they wanted the quilt for the museum, I decided to part with it. Needless to say my daughter did get a quilt; I made a Pineapple Log Cabin quilt for her."
