"While the quilts I make are all my own original designs, they are firmly rooted in the traditional craft of quiltmaking. The designs themselves form a bridge between traditional and contemporary avant garde fiber arts. All the pieces are hand quilted and crafted to last. Here Between was created as an American Quilt Study Group (AQSG) conference fundraiser, and takes its title from a T.S. Elliot poem which seems particularly apt:
Here between the hither and farther shore,
While time is withdrawn, consider the future
And the past with an equal mind….”
