"Various forms of art have always been a source of pleasure to me. Painting, sculpture and jewelry making lead me to the new art of making quilts. My quilting experience really began around 1983, while I was working in a quilt shop. I have a tremendous amount to learn in the areas of quilt construction techniques. Using fabrics instead of paint, and scissors instead of drawing gives me great pleasure and revelation."
