"My love of Baltimore Album style quilts is always an inspiration for me with the four corner heart blocks being inspired by the book 'Hearts' by Irma Gail Hatcher, but 'Yellowlicious' is an original design using some reduced block designs from some of my original designed larger quilts.
I love making miniature quilts because they are faster, cuter, and a way to make many of the older patterns and try out new color schemes that are favorites of mine. Good eyesight, lighting, and extreme accuracy are needed for the appliqué and piecing of the tiny pieces. Just a little off and it really shows.
