Description
This is a coloured photo of the North Bay Normal School. The school is a 4 storey brick building. The school has a roof supports a dome shaped observatory and has a railing all around it. The building has many windows along the side.The front of the building has an upper arched window with a canopy roof over it, and is supported by two brick columns that are supported by a solid brick wall with a small window. The small overhead roof has the support of two white columns. There are six or seven cement steps leading up to the door. Another addition appears on the side of the building with steps leading up to it. There is a wire fence across the front with a gate and steps leading up to it. The building has many bushes growing along its side. The image shows that there are three trees shade lawn where several people are gathered.
On the back of the postcard it is addressed to Martha Morey, Vintondale, U.S.A., and was sent to mother and Judy from Julins.
