This is a coloured picture of Lake Nipissing at night, with the full moon shining across the choppy waters of the lake. Five people can be seen sitting on the shore line enjoying the spectacular view. There are two large trees on each side of the picture is silhouetted in the
night.
On the back of the postcard is a note to the wife of the sender who lives in Vintondale, Penn., U.S.A. The logo on the back appears to have a maple leaf with the letters "P.E.C.O. Ottawa" printed inside it, with a circle behind it. There is also a three cent stamp is affixed to the top right corner. Down the right side are the numbers 0-8 25c.
