Description
This is a coloured print of North Bay airport in the early 1940's. In the background you can see a white two-storey building is to the right side of picture. The building has two doors. One at the front with a few steps leading up to it, and a side door. A small two-engine plane is parked on the runway of air port. There are seven cars parked near the building as well as a fuel truck farther away from the plane. In the background there are white clouds and blue skies with a row of trees in the distant landscape.
The back of the postcard has no personal message or address. It has a logo of a maple leaf with the letters P.E.C.O Canada inside it and a circle around it. Across the top are the words postcard and under this are the words carte postale. The square indicates the place for the stamp.Creator
