Description
Photographer's Envelope (a) contains the photographs and negatives (b-y) of the Pirie's fire at Sunset Park on March 13, 1957. Fire caused $80,000.00 worth of damage to gun shop, P.O., Grocery store & Restaurant.

Photograph (c) shows the outside of a white building still standing, clearly affected by the fire. Single man seen in the shot. Belongs with negative (o).
Picture (d) shows once more a pile of rubble from upclose, cars and home seen in background. Belongs with negative (p). Photograph (e) same as (d), slightly changed angle. Belongs to negative (q).
Photograph (f) shows a group of people standing next to rubble. Belongs with negative (r). Photograph (g) shows one man in the pile of rubble working. Belongs with negative (s).
Photograph (h) shows the rubble through a window, people working in debris. Belongs to negative (t). Photograph (i) shows pile of rubble again, with a man standing on the roof of the uilding behind it. Belongs to negative (u).
