Ice house, turntable, and machine shop. Jan. 1953". The image was taken from under the roof overhang at the back of the CPR yards in North Bay. From left to right the buildings included are the short term ice storage building, the round house (in back), the water tank, and the yards building. The long chimney visible in the back is from the boilers building that provided heat for the whole complex.Creator
