Unclear whether items retain original order--they may have been ordered chronologically originally, but perhaps not. Handle items with extra caution to ensure none are misplaced (lost, ending up in the wrong folder, being seperated from their original containing envelope, etc.). Staff found items 020.44.01-142 all positioned behind a cardboard divider (020.44.155) marked "Scenic". Staff found cardboard dividers 020.44.156 ("Base") and 020.44.157 ("Holidays") behind items 020.44.01-020.44.142, but in front of items 020.44.143-154. Staff found cardboard divider 020.44.158 ("Arts/Capitol Centre") on its own lying down beside all the other items--perhaps this divider got seperated/knocked out of its original position.
Staff note: Negatives are currently stored together in plastic bags--remember to look into whether they should be stored seperately.Creator
