021.31.14: "Menu". Title: "The Algonquin Regiment C. A." Varel (Oldenburg) Germany, 12 May 1945. Each menu item seems to be named after a battle/military action the Algonquins participated in. For example, the "Cafe [Coffee] a la Hochwald" appears named after the military events at Hochwald. Other menu items include "Hors d'oeuvres Hubert Folie", "Petits-pains Ferme St. Hilaire, Beurre Hill 140", "Consomme Drombainville", "Filet mignon a la Moerkerk", "Pomme-de-terre Assende", "Pois-verts Philippine", "Carrottes Isabella", "Creme glacee Centrum", "Cafe a la Hochwald, Veen", "Cigarettes Walberg, Cigares Kustenkanal", "Biscuits Waalwijk, Fromage Huesden". 20+ officers' names are featured.
