Description
The front of the postcard has the Candian Red Ensign with Canadian Crest at the side of the flag.On the Lower right Canadian Crest possibly shows the provinces. There is also a collection of coloured maple leaves between the Crest and the flag. In the middle of the the postcard at the top brown text says "THE MAPLE LEAF FOR EVER."
The postcard is addressed to: Mrs. Williamson, of Fifeshire, Scotland listd on the back. The number 11.00 is also written in pencil (we assume this is the price paid by the collector for this post card)
The Message "Just a P.C. to say that we are all well except mother who has been in bed for a week now. Just her old trouble again and the doctor isn't doing her any good. I am going to keep her in bed for awhile. I can manage everything but the washing and surely somebody will help me with it. Love from Nell," is listed on the back as well.Creator
