Description
The postcard is coloured picture of North Bay's Town Hall. The Town Hall is located corner of McIntyre & Ferguson Sts. There is a Bell tower on top of the red building. A number of people on sidewalk and a two white horse drawn sleigh. Lower left hand corner 112 404 v in a circle.
The back of the postcard says "famous V. & Sons Throughout the world Card." The postal mark on the back read "North Bay Sept. 27 - (19) 26." The stamp space is 4.00. There is a message written in pencil stating "Jocko Lake Ont. Canada Sept. 26, 1926 Sunday.
"We will ...you a few lines to ...you hear from...We are having a fine time every body enjoying every minute of camp life. We are having frost, ice and snow but that dont spoil the fish for they surely ...Fine. We have caught 71 up to date and they are real fish o say I wish you could come over some day ..."
