Description
The front of this postcard has a bright coloured photo of the "GATEWAY OF THE NORTH CITY OF NORTH BAY" arch. The arch is inbetween two stone pillar. The gateway spans Monk Street and running into Lakeshore Drive. The sign has coloured maple left on top with a beaver in front of it. On the right hand pillar there is a sign saying Gateway Clearance 14 ft. Also on the right hand side of the road is various signs including: Hwy. 11, North Bay speed limit 30 miles an hour, Lions (service club) symbol, and 3 other signs.
On the back of the postcard is a part of the Wm. R. Forder, Box 283, North Bay, Ont. Canada (avid post card collector and donor) collection. This postcard is stamped. This postcard is Printed in USA K8223. 3161J is written in the lower right hand corner in penCreator
