Large print omade for framing (smaller original photo also in collection). Found in envelope stating it would be framed in New City Hall. John Bourke in formal dress suit and bowtie. Bourke was born in 1848 and came to North Bay in 1884. He was the first Mayor of North Bay in 1891 and died Oct 31, 1918 at age 69.
