This is a black and white ink postcard from the Hotel Pierre in New York City. The picture is of a grand hotel and garden in front of the building. The photo is taken looking up at the hotel.
On the back of the postcard is writing in blue ink. This postcard was sent to Powassan, Mr and Mrs R.H. Dillard. This postcard was written on Christmas Day. in the message reads "People R.J. and Lonny are enjoying their trip." Also they saw "Kiss Me Kate" and will see "South Pacific". There is two one-cent U.S.A stamps on the back of the postcard. There is black lines cancelling the stamps out. This postcard is postmarked in 1950.
