Photograph (a) shows King George Hotel (previously Winnipeg hotel), CPR Shops, and Station behind gate (taken from Main Street) with two people walking by. The CPR station is clearly visible from Main Street because this photo was taken after the Mackey House Block fire and before the area was rebuilt. Photograph (b) shows part of CPR Freight Shed in 1947 with man standing in front of windows that say "Brewer's Retail Store".
