Description
This black and white photograph shows Mayor Cecil Hewitt, Alderman/Counsellor Orma McNaughton, and a firefighter on a new "cherry picker" platform overlooking the corner of Fraser and McIntyre. The platform was purchased because the previous was three stories tall and John Kennedy was constructing a new five story building. The photograph was taken from inside the Empire Hotel.Creator
