Description
This black and white photograph shows the John McNeill's muse, the model Lynn Pearson. Here she is draped in and luxuriating upon furs. In the foreground she pets a muskrat. McNiell arranged the photo with the use of "planes" (foreground, middle ground, and background). He used electronic flashes and a small f-stop to create depth. This was the feature shot for the twice-yearly Ontario Fur Trappers' Auction on Gormanville Rd. It shows the start of a million dollar worldwide fur sale.
