This black and white photograph shows roadwork being undertaken at night, while construction crew worked overtime in challenging conditions of -40*C. This photo was taken on Lakeshore Drive near the old Golden Dragon and by the Steak House Hotel. McNeill's wife holds one of the flash units to capture some incredible lighting using the streetlights, neon sign, camera time exposure, and multiple flash units.Creator
