Issue 327 of the French newspaper 'Le Petit Journal' in its eighth year, published on the twenty first of February 1897. Le Petit Journal was a daily, Parisian, republican and conservative newspaper, its owner was Auguste Hippolyte Marinoni, and its editors were Ernest Judet and Pierre Giffard.
