ثوب من منطقة رام الله، من القماش الرومي الأسود، مُطرّز بخيوط حرير يغلب عليها اللون الأحمر بقطبة الصليب الفلاحية. قبة الثوب مطرزة بشكل كثيف بأشكال نباتية وهندسية، أما الأكتاف والردهة الخلفية فلا تحمل أي تطريز، وصُنع جزء من الكم بقماش هرمزي باللون الخمري والبرتقالي.
يظهر على البدن الأمامي والخلفي للثوب تطريز متوسط الكثافة من مناجل ملونة وأربعة عروق متلاصقة مُطرّزة بأشكال هندسية ونباتية باللون الأحمر يحيطها عرق الريش، أما البنايق فطُرّزت بمناجل ملونة.
A black Rumi thobe (Roman dress) from Ramallah. It is made of linen and embroidered with primarily red silk threads with a Fallahi (peasant) cross stitch. The chest panel is heavily embroidered with plant and geometric shapes. As for the shoulders and the back panel of the thobe (the upper back neckline), they bear no embroidery. Part of the sleeves is made of burgundy and orange silk (heremzi). The front and back panel of the thobe have a mid-density tatreez (embroidery) of manajil (sickles) motifs and four linked stitch patterns of plant and geometric framed by feather motifs in red. The sides (Al-Banayiq) have a tatreez of manajil motifs.Made/Created
