ثوب من منطقة رام الله، من القماش الرومي الأسود، مُطرّز بخيوط حرير يغلب عليها اللون الأحمر وخيوط مقصبة بقطبة الصليب الفلاحية وقطبة التحريرة.
قبة الثوب مطرزة بشكل كثيف بعرق الريش والصلبان ونجمة بيت لحم وأشكال نباتية وهندسية أخرى، أما الأكتاف والردهة الخلفية فلا تحمل أي تطريز. وطُرّزت الأكمام المردنة بقطبة التحريرة بأشكال نباتية وهندسية
وعرق المناجل، وصُنع جزء من الكم من قماش حرير هرمزي باللون الخمري والبرتقالي. يظهرعلى البدن الأمامي والخلفي للثوب تطريز من عرقين بأشكال نباتية وعرق الريش والمناجل بقطبة الصليب الفلاحية، أما البنايق فطُرّزت بالمناجل.
A black Rumi thobe (Roman dress) from Ramallah. It is made of linen and embroidered with primarily red silk threads and gilded qasab (metallic couching cord) with a Fallahi (peasant) cross stitch and a Tahriri stitch. The chest panel is heavily embroidered with cypress, cross, and the star of Bethlehem motifs alongside other plant and geometric shapes. The shoulders and the back panel of the thobe (the upper back neckline) bear no embroidery. As for the sleeves, they are mradan (long triangular sleeves) and have a tatreez (embroidery) of plant and geometric shapes along with manajil (sickles) motifs with a Tahriri stitch. Part of the sleeves is made of burgundy and orange silk (heremzi). The front and back panel of the thobe are embroidered with two stitch patterns of feather and manajil motifs together with plant shapes. The sides (Al-Banayiq) have a tatreez of manajil motifs.Made/Created
