صورة عن لوحة حجرية ملوّنة يدويًا مأخوذة عن عمل الرسام الألماني كارل فيرنير، رسم فيها منظرًا عامًا لمدينة القدس، رَسم فيها مشهدًا داخليًا من مسجد قبة الصخرة أثناء زيارته لمدينة القدس، شمل الصخرةَ المشرفة التي توجد أسفل القبة، وهي صخرة طبيعية غير منتظمة الشكل، بالإضافة إلى وجود رجل يصلي. وضمَّ هشام الخطيب هذه اللوحة في كتابه "القدس وبيت لحم والديار المقدسة ومصر في رسومات كارل فيرنير (1808-1894)."
A photograph of a hand-colored lithographic plate after the German painter Carl Werner showing an interior view of the Dome of the Rock, created during his visit to Jerusalem. The plate features the Holy Rock beneath the dome; a natural rock of irregular shape, along with a man praying. This plate was included by Hisham Khatib in his book "Jerusalem, Bethlehem & the Holy Land & Egypt: Paintings by Carl Werner (1808-1894)."
