A black-and-white photograph taken by the photographer Felix Bonfils in the second half of the nineteenth century, in the Bab al-Asbat (the Tribes Gate) area of Jerusalem, the wooden gate of St. Peter’s Prison is visible, next to the Church of St. Anne.
