جلّاية من منطقة قضاء نابلس وطولكرم، مصنوعة من قماش الحرير الأحمر المخطط بالأصفر والبطانة الداخلية مصنوعة من قماش الكتان الأحمر. الجلاية مفتوحة من أعلى القبة إلى الأسفل على شكل معطف وتمتاز بقلة التطريز. قبة الجلاية تحتوي على حياكة يدوية وأزرار، تمتاز أكمامها بقصر طولها; لأنّها تُلبس فوق ثوب أبيض تتدلّى أكمامه الطويلة (الردان) المُطرّزة خارجها كما يوجد جيوب على جانبيها.
Jalaya (overcoat) thobe from Nablus and Tulkarm. It is made of red silk fabric striped with yellow, whereas its inside is made of red linen. It is open from the top of the chest panel to the bottom of the thobe in a form of a coat and is distinguished by its minimal tatreez (embroidery). The chest panel has hand stitching and buttons. The Jalaya sleeves are characterised by their short length because they were to be worn over a white thobe (dress) whose embroidered mradan (long triangular sleeves) drape out of the jalaya.
