وثيقتان قانونيتان باللغة العبرية صادرتان عن جهات رسمية. تتمثل الوثيقة الأولى (نموذج 413) الصادرة عن محكمة القدس العليا بتاريخ 6 تموز 1980 بأمر استدعاء رسمي لمحمود درويش للمثول كشاهد في القضية رقم 225/80 يوم 19 آب 1980، بينما تُمَثِّل الوثيقة الثانية تصريح خروج مؤقت صادر عن شرطة الاحتلال الإسرائيلي في حيفا بتاريخ 18 آب 1980، تمنح محمود درويش إذناً رسمياً للتنقل من حيفا إلى القدس في يوم الجلسة المحدد حصراً؛ لتمكينه من تنفيذ أمر الاستدعاء القضائي.
The two legal documents are in Hebrew and issued by official authorities. The first document (Form 413) was issued by the Jerusalem Supreme Court on 6 July 1980, as an official summons to Mahmoud Darwish to appear as a witness in case no. 225/80 on 19 August 1980. The second document is a temporary exit permit issued by the "Israeli" police in Haifa on 18 August 1980, granting Mahmoud Darwish an official authorization to travel from Haifa to Jerusalem on the specified court date only, to comply with the judicial summons.
