Photo of the Chicago Staff with Salvation Army leaders. The men are arranged in front of and on the steps of a building. Several of the men are seen holding their brass horns. The band's bass drum is in the first row in the center of the group. The building has Ionic style columns, seen flanking the group in the background. Several posters advertising events can be seen at the top of the stairs on either side of the group.
