White, green, and blue correspondence letter. The boarder of the letter is green and brown with a marble-like design around the edges of the letter. The letter was written by Betty Lee House who is an Order of the Black Arrow member and the lead for the Black Arrow newsletter who attended the Black Arrow encampment at Camp Mo-Kan in the Kansas and Western Missouri Division from May 26th and 27th, 1995. The letter was to Captain Carol Lemirand in the Salina, KS Corps dated May 31st, 1995. The letter is a thank you letter to Captain Lemirand for organizing the Black Arrow encampment. On the first page of the letter, she details the events of how she got into a car crash on the way to the encampment. On the second page she lists ideas and questions for the creation of a Black Arrow newsletter.
