The bandmaster is standing on right in front of the drums. A microphone can be seen in the center. The photo is printed on thicker cardstock.
The back of the photo is stamped "Compliments of the Chicago Staff Band of The Salvation Army 713-719 No. State Street" and "Original". A handwritten note reads "1923 Radio Broadcast".Acquisition
