Cape, red wool fabric with black satin acetate lining. The cape has a fold over collar and closes wtih buttons down the center front. Two arm slits with placket covering the slit are positioned half way down the cape on either side of the center front opening. The cape features two fabric Salvation Army Red Shield emblems stitched to the points of the collar.
