Three framed and matted cartoons drawn by Tom Wilson featuring his character Ziggy as a Salvation Army soldier. In the top left, Ziggy is wearing a camouflage uniform, including a bucket hat with a Salvation Army red shield logo, holding a clipboard, and standing near a Midland Division sign. The word bubble over his head reads Welcome to Youth Councils 1991. The drawing in the upper depicts Ziggy, in the same camouflage uniform, but seated with his feet on a desk, drinking coffee and eating a doughnut. The title Still Off Duty is to Ziggy's right.
The third drawing, on the bottom, shows a uniformed ZIggy hanging onto the gun barrel of a tank which has a pig looking out of the top hatch. The title Hang In There is printed above the barrel.Acquisition
