Tan and black program. On the coveris an image of William Booth, founder of The Salvation Army, and on the back cover there is the Blood and Fire crest. The program is for the Western Michigan and Northern Indiana Division's Officers' Council that took place at the Grand Rapids, MI Corps from January 22nd to 24th, 1974. The inside cover has a music sheet for "Into Thy Hands." The council leaders were Commissioner and Mrs. J. Clyde Cox. The event was also sponsored by Lt. Colonel and Mrs. H. Bernard Lodge, Brigadier and Mrs. William Gant, and Brigadier and Mrs. William H. Roberts. The program includes the evetn schedule and new special assignments with a space to take notes.
