Light brown cardboard box and lid used to ship a Salvation Army bonnet or hat. On the lid is the shipping label from the Chicago Supplies and Purchasing Department of The Salvation Army. A red FRAGILE sticker is adhered near the upper left corner. An identical sticker is adhered to the bottom of the box.
The box was shipped on February 13, 1950 to Mrs. Colonel Elmquist / 8417 Flight Ave. / Los Angeles, Cal.
