Description

Copy of an original photo, printed on photo paper (Kodak brand). A caption, typed on a white background, is at the bottom edge and reads "THE" Chief, Dalas (sic) Leader T.Y.S. and Council Ring helpers. The photo depicts a group of men, women, girls, and boys in Black Arrow costumes, sitting or standing in front of a wood structure. The four men in the center are wearing feather war bonnets and the women around them are wearing headbands (several have feathers in the band) and false braids.
