Large green feather. The feather is made out of plastic and was made by the Tandy Indian Corporation who makes stereotypical Native American items to sell to youth groups and camps. The feather was used for costumes and decor for the Black Arrow character building encampments. The feather was used for the Black Arrow Rising Sun Chapter in the Kansas and Western Missouri Division.
